End of 2023, my dear friend Louise Chester, introduced me to Laura Berland and Evan Harell, the founder of the Center for Compassionate Leadership (CFCL).

It was the beginning of an amazing journey.

Joining the compassionate leadership certification training gave me a first-hand experience and a great insight into the approach. I decided to follow the teacher training in 2024. I also followed the deepening programme « how to build compassionate organizations » led by Monica Worline, co-author with Jane Dutton of the book « Awakening compassion at work ».

After 6 months of training, I am now entering the practicum phase to get certified.

I am offering the 8-week programme as a teacher in training starting in October 2024. If you are interested to attend, please contact me as I am looking for kind participants 🙂

The CFCL has conceived a unique research-backed training program designed to equip leaders and organisational influencers with the skills and insights needed to lead with compassion and create a thriving workplace.
